A. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday,
from 7 am to 4 pm. Office hours are 7:30 am to 1:30 pm Monday through Friday. We are closed on holidays and weekends.
The typical response time for a service request is
24 hours.
Q. Is your business licensed and insured?
A.Yes, we are licensed and insured to operate in Las Vegas. Records are on file at our main office.
Q. Is my technician qualified to take care of my lawn?
A.Yes, all of our technicians are trained professionals.
Q. Can you provide references?
A.Yes, references can be furnished as needed by contacting us.
Q. Do I need to be at home when you service my lawn?
A.No, it is not necessary for you to be present while we service your lawn.
Q. How can I get a quote for my home or business?
A.By either filling out our pricing quote request form or calling us directly at 702-638-2024.
Q. How do I get started on your lawn care program?
A.To get started immediately simply give us a call.
Q. How do I pay?
A.You may pay by personal check or credit card. Invoices are sent out at the end of the month.
Q. How long do we need to stay off the grass after you apply a treatment?
A.It depends on the individual treatment, your technician should inform you of this during his visit.
Q. Can pesticide applications harm dogs and cats?
A.Yes, they certainly can. For this reson we recommend keeping them off the lawn for the same amount of time specified by your technician.
Q. How soon after my application will my weeds be controlled?
A.Weeds should be controlled in as little as 10 and no longer than 14 days. Follow-up applications may be necessary.
Q. If it rains, is my lawn application going to work on the weeds?
A.Yes, it will continue to work on the weeds even after it rains.
